Currently, the influence of shifts and changes in the legal system due to global political, social and economic dynamics, demands significant changes to harmonize and adapt the various realities of human relations which are currently dominated by various activities in cyberspace. Law is the most important and strategic instrument in organizing the space for social interaction and changes in other social institutions and institutions in the current era.
Therefore, it is not only about 3 legal instruments such as norms, legal institutions and their enforcement, but the most important thing is legal education which will build not only legal instruments and systems but also awareness of a new legal culture. Thus, structuring legal education and its educational ecosystem which is connected to other aspects, such as economics, social, cultural, religious, political and so on, is a necessity that continues to be developed.
Law is also the glue and device of a world that is all connected and cross-border connected to the digital world, as well as an interconnected global society, making an agreement on a common global goal help individuals, institutions and governments throughout the world to agree on the direction of development, focusing on things that are truly beneficial for the future, directing all parties to focus on the same thing, mobilizing all resources and making it easier to organize and implement so that all parties can move together towards the achievements they hope for.
By having a common goal, every policy and development step taken by every national leader will always be tested by the public. This means that a common goal provides a common opportunity for all elements of society to control the entire development process in order to remain faithful to the path towards mutual achievement, encouraging mobilization. all networks of expertise, knowledge and practices to overcome various difficulties faced in implementing sustainable development and mobilize all stakeholder networks. This multi-stakeholder process is critical to addressing complex challenges in sustainable development and the fight against poverty, hunger and disease.
In line with the global agenda called Sustainable Goals Development, especially point 4 of SGD's goals which sets the goal of providing quality education, this is also included in the world of legal education.
The SDGs goals above are interconnected and influence each other. To achieve the SDGs goals, collaboration and cooperation are needed. These SDGs are a global commitment to achieve better sustainable development. Every country, including Indonesia, has a responsibility to achieve the SDGs goals. By paying attention to sustainability aspects in every decision and action, we can build a better and more sustainable future for future generations.
Thus, there is a need for strategic partnerships, especially at the national and regional levels, which will harmonize various curricula and learning methods, especially in the field of law, in order to achieve a parameter of success in the development of national and regional law which is one of the elements of the resilience of a country or region. This is considered necessary and strategic considering that currently the dynamics of the region are being influenced by global turmoil in various fields, as well as the ongoing struggle for hegemony among world geopolitical and geoeconomic forces in the new world balance order.
Therefore, this international seminar and call for papers is an opportunity for participants to find out about harmonization and strategic cooperation in legal education, especially in the era of disruption, economic and digital and to know its relevance for development at the ASEAN level. -

Law is a set of rules made to foster regularity and guarantee safety and certainty for citizens. The existence of Law is intended to maintain social order and control societal changes into something as expected. Both law and humanity are inextricable and they work in harmony. Therefore, the formulation and enforcement must take place simultaneously. This view is relevant to the idea of Prof. Satjipto Raharjo in his progressive legal theory, believing that law is born for human beings, not the other way around. In other words, the law should keep moving to maintain the people's welfare and to ensure that the certainty, justice, and utility of the law are guaranteed.
Recently, the world has been faced with seemingly unstoppable humanitarian crises. Prolonged conflict has caused severe losses affecting physical, economic, and psychological conditions, and no diplomatic and repressive actions have managed to stop this issue. In such a situation, the law should play its role in protecting those affected by this inhuman conflict. However, international and national laws seem to be left as nothing but mere meaningless written rules that fail to address this existing problem. In such a situation, humanity is being disrupted, which it sees a change of meaning triggering a critical situation and blurring it. This situation also indicates that these days, humanity is facing challenges.
Departing from this perspective, the Faculty of Law Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang holds the 5th International Conference of Law and Call for Papers with the Theme Redefining Humanity Values as the Basis of Legal Reasoning: Challenges in the Disruption Era. From this conference, we expect to welcome more ideas of redefining the significance of humanity toward the law in the existing challenges. -

This is an open access book. Disruption becomes a social phenomenon that occurs in society. In the disruption era, education will face many challenges. One of the challenge in education is how to improve students' skills in global competition in society 5.0. Competition does not only involve competition between humans and humans, but also competition between humans and a robotic-based work system by utilizing artificial intelligence. Many experts predict that there will be around 130 professions from new sectors that will present and will replace old professions. However, some of universities are disrupted by various kinds of technological innovations in education. There are several disruptions that can be categorized in the world of education, namely, Disruption of Generations, Disruption of Technology, and Disruption of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.
The current generation tends to be different from the previous generation because the current generation prefers collaborative learning through interactive learning media, compared to learning that is carried out in class. Technological disruption is related to the existence of technological innovations (e.g. open educational resources) in the education, such as ruangguru, chem academies and learning gaming that change the educational setting. Classrooms may not be needed too much, teachers as facilitators and learning places more emphasis on collaborative and social activities. The disruption of the industrial revolution 4.0 disrupts existing activities, because they are no longer relevant and have been replaced by artificial intelligence or robots. Not only repetitive work, but also analytical work will also be disrupted, such as analysts, consultants, lawyers, accountants and translators. Advances in machine learning, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence, internet of things, virtual reality, and augmented reality will shift from jobs that are repetitive jobs to creative jobs.
Education needs to respond and adapt to this phenomenon, because after all a shift in globalization is a necessity. FITK Alma Ata University and SEAMEAO Regional Open Learning Centre will convene the 1st International Collaboration Conference on Education. The theme of this conference is Future Education in the Disruption Era. This conference will declare by virtually when all experts, policy makers, educators, and other stakeholders to share best practice and discuss on how we as global citizens response to the education challenge in the disruption era. -

This is an open access book. The role of the Indonesian language holds paramount significance, as it serves as an instrumental medium for educating the populace. It retains a steadfast position as a conduit for national communication, a unifying force, and a vital instructional medium for the nation's educational endeavors. In the contemporary epoch of globalization and the advent of Industry 4.0, global communication transcends temporal and spatial boundaries, with language assuming a preeminent role therein. The fortification and consolidation of Indonesian's role in this communicative milieu are imperative. Yet, given the intricate nature of the Indonesian populace, the augmentation and fortification of Indonesian's role necessitates sustained endeavors to ensure the preservation of Indonesian cultural identity within the nation's human resources.
Diligent initiatives to fortify Indonesian as the lingua franca of scientific discourse in this era of globalization demand concerted engagement from various stakeholders, including the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program (PBSI) within the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at the Islamic University of Malang. The forthcoming Third International Conference on Language, Literature, and Cultural Education (ICON-LLCE) will center its focus on augmenting the role of Indonesian language towards the advancement of scientific inquiry and global civilization.
The digital transformation, which has pervaded Indonesian society, has been markedly accelerated by the global pandemic that has gripped the world since early 2020. Communities worldwide have transitioned their activities to virtual realms, necessitating adaptability to the digital milieu across diverse sectors encompassing commerce, industry, governance, and education. This transition is marked by an increasing reliance on the digital domain, internet infrastructure, and intelligent computing systems, including artificial intelligence, which Bill Gates heralds as commensurate in impact to the advents of mobile telephony and the internet ("The Age of AI has Begun," 2023).
The digital transformation denotes a comprehensive process wherein organizations integrate digital technology across all facets of operation, thus altering the manner in which value is delivered to Indonesian-speaking constituencies. In the Indonesian context, this entails the fundamental adoption of innovative digital technologies to effect cultural and operational shifts that harmonize with evolving demands, habits, and exigencies of the Indonesian-speaking populace. Significantly, this encompasses an expansive online Indonesian dictionary, the integration of information technology and the internet in the pedagogical sphere of teaching Indonesian Language and Literature, and the infusion of artificial intelligence into the educational process for Indonesian as a Second Language (BIPA). Additionally, the repository of books and reference materials in Indonesian will be transitioned to a cloud-based mode, facilitating universal accessibility. In summation, the Internet of Things (IoT) precipitates a discernible transformation in the modes of access and utilization of the Indonesian language, particularly within the domain of scientific inquiry.
From the foregoing elucidation, it is underscored that Indonesian, as the official language of the Indonesian state, assumes a pivotal and strategic role in fortifying the national identity and safeguarding the enduring vitality of the language itself. In light of this, the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program (PBSI) within the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at the University of Islam Malang will convene the third iteration of the International Conference on Language, Literature, and Cultural Education (ICON-LLCE) in September 2023, under the overarching theme of "Augmenting the Role of Indonesian for the Advancement of Science and Global Civilization. This international conference, which has been ongoing since 2015, succeeds the second edition convened in November 2021. Through this imminent iteration of ICON-LLCE, distinguished scholars and academics representing various global locales will convene to engage in thoughtful deliberations pertaining to initiatives aimed at safeguarding and fortifying the enduring pertinence and robustness of the Indonesian language within the ambit of forthcoming intellectual pursuits and the broader global cultural discourse. -

- 29 Décembre 2015
- 9789462391635
The second volume of the two volumes book is dedicated to various extensions and generalizations of Dyadic (Walsh) analysis and related applications. Considered are dyadic derivatives on Vilenkin groups and various other Abelian and finite non-Abelian groups. Since some important results were developed in former Soviet Union and China, we provide overviews of former work in these countries. Further, we present translations of three papers that were initially published in Chinese. The presentation continues with chapters written by experts in the area presenting discussions of applications of these results in specific tasks in the area of signal processing and system theory.
Efficient computing of related differential operators on contemporary hardware, including graphics processing units, is also considered, which makes the methods and techniques of dyadic analysis and generalizations computationally feasible.
The volume 2 of the book ends with a chapter presenting open problems pointed out by several experts in the area.
